We kindly remind you that by canceling your Mutianyu Great Wall account, we will terminate the provision of related services to you, which may cause inconvenience to your after-sales rights. Please be aware and understand that after successful cancellation, we will properly store your personal information in the background. Unless otherwise required by law or in the event of force majeure, we may delete or anonymize your information.
By filling in or providing information according to the cancellation process, reading and agreeing to the Mutianyu Great Wall Account Cancellation Agreement and related terms and conditions, and completing the cancellation process, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Mutianyu Great Wall Account Cancellation Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions stated, please immediately stop the account cancellation procedure.
If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions:
1.There are no pending orders.
2.There are no unused points, vouchers, or other purchased rights and benefits.
3.There are no records of restrictions on other accounts.
During the account cancellation process, if there are any disputes or controversies related to your account, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, or investigations by competent national authorities, Mutianyu Great Wall reserves the right to terminate the account cancellation without further consent from you.
Once your Mutianyu Great Wall account is canceled, it cannot be restored. Please make sure to back up all relevant information and data associated with your account before proceeding with the operation. By canceling your Mutianyu Great Wall account, you will no longer be able to use the account and will not be able to retrieve any content or information associated with the account. You understand and agree that Mutianyu Great Wall cannot assist you in restoring the aforementioned services.
Canceling your Mutianyu Great Wall account does not exempt or reduce the liability for any actions or responsibilities related to the account prior to its cancellation.
