Soon enough, this place will turn into an ocean of blossoms. Stand atop the Great Wall,watch the sea of flowers undulate like waves with the spring breeze, as sunlight filters through the branches and leaves, casting dappled shadows.The spring breeze is mild, and the days are peaceful. Every step is a line of poetry, every frame a gift from nature.
This is a once-a-year bloom of mountain flowers, an invitation to spring that transcends national borders.
Recommended Flower-Viewing Routes
1. The Head of State Reception Route: Take the cable car from the North Ticket Check-in to the No.14 Viewing Platform directly, check in at the Hero Stone Tablet, and admire the mountain flowers on the inner side of the Great Wall. Continue west to the No.20 Watchtower for a bird's-eye view of the entire Mutianyu Great Wall.
2. Between No.14 and No.4 Watchtowers: Take the cable car up the mountain and walk east from No.14 Watchtower to No.4 Watchtower. Zhengguan Terrace is a perfect spot for flower viewing and taking photos.

Costumed NPCs parade along the Great Wall, with picturesque scenery at every step, as if walking out of a scroll painting. We invite you to a spring date spanning a thousand years.
March 28 Opening Ceremony · Highlights in Advance
On the opening day, robot dance, traditional folk music,martial arts performances and ancient-style dance will take the stage together. It is a dialogue across time and space, where technology resonates with national trends beneath the ancient city walls, kicking off the spring carnival.
Healing Spring · Blooming Market
The mortal trivialities are the best comfort for the heart. At the foot of the Great Wall,a host of interesting and worthwhile vendors have gathered. Featured stalls offering time-honored snacks, intangible cultural heritage treats, freshly ground tofu,handmade ornaments, cultural and creative products and more are all here. You can eat, play and appreciate the beautiful things in one stop – the joy of wandering and indulging in food is simply irresistible!
