On September 3rd, after attending the 2025 China Victory Day Parade (officially the Conference to Commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War), Tamara Vučić, spouse of the President of the Republic of Serbia, visited the Mutianyu Great Wall. Kang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Beijing Mutianyu Great Wall Tourism Service Co., Ltd., accompanied her during the visit and presented her with a Great Wall Access Certificate and a Mutianyu Great Wall Cloisonné Platter. Both sides expressed sincere blessings to each other.

Tamara Vučić arrived at the Great Wall by enclosed cable car. During the tour, while listening to the guide's explanation, she also inquired about the long history and culture of the Great Wall of China, as well as the defensive facilities and architectural conditions of the Mutianyu Great Wall. She couldn't help but praise repeatedly the great wisdom of the ancient Chinese people.
