Refund, Change, and Cancellation Policy

1.Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the participants.

2.Refunds and changes must be requested no later than 2 days before the event (including the day of the event) after successful payment.

3.If the event has been confirmed and formed into a group, refunds are not available for cancellations or failures to participate within the specified time due to personal reasons after the refund, change, and cancellation deadline.

4.The event requires a minimum of 5 groups to form. If the minimum is not met, participants will be notified and refunded 1 day before the event.

5.Photos or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes in the future. If you have no objections, we will consider you have agreed to authorize their use. If you have objections, please inform us in advance.

6.For successfully enrolled minors, the scenic area will uniformly purchase insurance for them. In case of accidents, losses will be borne by the insurance company and event participants, except for those clearly stipulated by law to be the responsibility of the organizer.

7.If the event is canceled due to force majeure, a full refund will be provided.

8.The final interpretation rights of this event belong to the scenic area.
